October 16th

Yesterday we celebrated jackson turning 3 and a half years old! we got a couple cupcakes from Ricks Bakery and Jackson was soooo excited!!! :) i can't believe how fast the time goes :(

Not only did we celebrate jackson's half b-day, we got Lauren's big girl bed in! Lauren has been playing in Jackson's bed everynight and we thought we better get her used to her own bed before the baby comes. SHE LOVED IT!!!! serioulsy, she was so excited and so happy. last night we tried to let her sleep in it, but after an hour it was time to go back to the crib. but tonight was another story...she fell asleep after dave laid in there with her for 30 min! I just can't believe we have TWO kids in TWO big kid beds! :)

Tonight dave thought jackson is old enough to learn how to change 'dirty' diapers...didn't go so well. he was on board to help get it off and put a new one underneath, but once the diaper was off...he started to back away and the 'ewwww' noises were in full swing! needless to say, don't think he will be changing diapers anytime soon. he also says it's for adults to do, not kids.

today we all played with playdough and had a great time...we made the longest playdough train ever and he would have made 10 more cars if i wanted to open 3 more jars! he loved his big train and made me take a picture everytime we added a couple...so here a couple of the 10 pics! :)

Halfway point!

Well, today is the halfway point in Allison's pregnancy!

Here is the envelope that tells us what we are having! I think I am going to have a lot of fun with hidding, displaying and tormenting Dave with this! :) Too bad you aren't here Suzannah! I think becuase so many people want to know, i really don't want to know...weird. Christine, i will be watching out for you too :) We may open this at Chritmas, but i might be having too much fun!

october 13th!

today we had a busy day....here is my 20 week (will be on wed) picture. we had out ultrasound, baby looks good, the a Dr.'s appt and then errands to run.

jackson wanted to take a picture of me getting the ultrasound...and he did pretty good...yes, he did take this picture!

here are a couple pics of playing in the leaves..this was a hit! Lauren loved it!!!! she would be walking and then just jump down and disapear, it was so funny! they both had a blast and I am sure we will do it a few more times.

Baby time!

Well tomorrow is our big ultrasound...I can't wait to see pictures of our Little One! I wish we could tell you what it is after the appointment, but we aren't going to find out. As of now we are going to have the Dr. write it down and open in Christmas morning...fun surprise for all! parts of me still want to wait till the baby is born...we shall see what happens!

Today we also had a baby shower for our friend, Brittany, who is pregnant with twin girls! It was so much fun to see all the baby clothes and even play some games. Here are a few pics...

yes, some of the guests were trying the baby food to guess what kind it was! someone did get 8 out of 10 right!

Christine, Brittany, Ginger and myself...it was a great party and so much fun! please pray for a safe delivery and for her to keep them in as long as possible...she is 32 weeks now.
