It's TEN days until Lauren turns THREE!!!! :)

staying inside for a WEEK!

this week has been a very frigid week....literally! it has been in the negatives with wind chills...this morning when we got up the temperature was ONE! needless to say we have hardly been out at all this week....maybe 5 hours out of 5/6 days! we have had a really wonderful week and I look forward to the next cold week. We didn't even get to do all of our inside activities...so we are ready for the next time! here are a few of the things we have been doing....

cooking (we have made 2 new recipes this weeks)

lots of eating (and smiling!)

learning to build legos

building little people worlds

reading

playing with the puppies (A LOT)

changing toy diapers

learning to cut food with a knife

for this....it kept our house nice and warm, esp when we were -10 degrees! :)
