Grandma's Peanut Butter Candy Recipe

We made this recipe that my Grandma Bellomy used to make for my brother and I when we were kids. This stuff is amazing when it is still warm (careful because it can really burn you), but it gets pretty hard when it cools. A 12 seconds in the microwave can help with that.

Mix the following and bring to a boil for 3 minutes:
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
Stir in the following:
  • 1 c. Peanut Butter
  • 5 c. Rice Krispies
Spread on cookie sheet
Let cool
Enjoy
